Responsibilities
Developing marketing content like blogs, ebooks, whitepaper, emailers, social media, webpages and newsletters
Conducting in-depth research with primary and secondary sources to develop a unique point of view on the learning management topics and create original content
Assist the other members of the marketing team in developing content for campaigns
Work with in-house and agency SEO experts to create SEO content to increase website traffic
Promote content on social media with creative copy; own content adaptation for finding the right content type and channel
Identify customers’ needs through interviews with internal and external stakeholders and recommend new content ideas to address current content gaps
Coordinate with agency graphic designers and internal stakeholders in the company
Manage e-learning community by responding to posts, seeding discussions and fostering member contributions.
Leverage community as a channel to get feedback, test ideas and promote initiatives. Grow membership and engagement by experimenting with new ideas.
Requirements
Creative thinking, and experimental mindset in looking for novel content ideas and channels to get mindshare
A proficient level of English, and excellent writing and editing skills in English. Experience of writing for global audiences, US in particular
5-8 years of experience working in marketing content, preferably in the software and tech industry
A degree in the field of Business, Communications, Marketing, or related.

Be customer centric. Understand their needs and motivations to deliver excellent experiences.
Be product-focused. An inclination to understand the product and curiosity are a must.
