Job Description

Looking for Developer & Support Architect to deliver business solutions & development of web applications. A proactive, go getter and an enthusiastic Business Web Development and Support Engineer required for understanding requirements, designing & developing functionalities, supporting operations and executing test scenarios for Web based applications using Agile methodology. Primary activities will include:
•    Strong knowledge on C#, .NET (MVC or Web Forms), Web API, MySQL/SQL Server and should have good understanding of HTML UI, JavaScript (& its libraries e.g. jQuery).
•    Develop, Test and maintain web applications & automation solutions using Microsoft ASP.NET MVC, WebForms, C#, RESTful services, Web API, AngularJS, jQuery, ORMs(Entity Framework, ADO.Net, etc.).and related technologies.
•    Good understanding of Normalization/De-normalization, Normal Form and database design methodology. Strong SQL Developer Skills including writing stored procedures, user defined functions, views, query writing. Experience in Tuning SQL queries and T-SQL queries & improving the performance of the Database.
•    Ability to independently design and implement flexible, scalable solutions to a wide variety of problems or changes in existing critical business applications.
•    Lead requirements analysis and Participate directly with Team Lead/Program Managers for smooth execution of new releases.
•    Develop, document and execute test cases to ensure functional and user testing of web applications/portal. Ensure work allocation within the Agile Test team & track the SLAs/deliverables. Report any ambiguity to the manager asap & work on the action plan.
•    Decision maker; move quickly; authorized to make decisions during scrum meetings
•    Hands-on, provide solutions, evaluate new/upgrade features. Participate effectively in issue management. Discover and troubleshoot issues; manage to resolution
•    Take ownership and play an active part in documentation of process updates and conducting regular session on the changes/updates. Develop new global process and system solutions
•    Ability to understand and analyze Keysight Test and business processes, understand stated & implied needs. Work with Business Partners to provide robust and scalable solutions. Provide innovative solutions to complex process problems
•    Responsible for meeting Project deliverables and timelines through active participation, ownership and action planning
•    Interact with business partners in professional and responsive manner. Experience working in a flexible, rapidly changing and demanding environment
•    Facilitation skills and the ability to influence across functional and organizational boundaries.

Job Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent. Typically 4-5 years relevant experience for entry to this level. Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in job and ability to work independently.
