We are looking for a Product/Business Analyst with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our tech startup. Your main responsibility will be to analyze data from our databases and provide insights, track user behavior, conduct market research, support product development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. In this fast-paced environment, your strong analytical skills, communication, and adaptability will be crucial. If you have experience in SQL queries, user analysis tools, and building dashboards in AWS QuickSight, it's a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis: Utilize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from our databases to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and product requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of goals and objectives.

User Analysis: Leverage user analysis tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar, to track and analyze user behavior and provide actionable insights.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

Product Development Support: Assist in the development of product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and user stories based on data-driven findings.

Metrics Tracking: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of products and business initiatives.

Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain data visualizations and dashboards in AWS QuickSight to present findings and track progress to stakeholders.A/B Testing: Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize product features and business strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful project implementation.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering).
  • 2 to 4 years of experience as a Product/Business Analyst in a tech startup.
  • Proficiency in writing database SQL queries is a must.
  • Experience with user analysis tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar is a plus.
  • Experience in building dashboards in AWS QuickSight is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
