A day in the life of an Infoscion
• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to lead the engagement effort of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers at different stages- from problem definition to diagnosis to solution design, development and deployment.
• You will review the proposals prepared by consultants, provide guidance, and analyze the solutions defined for the client business problems to identify any potential risks and issues.
• You will identify change Management requirements and propose a structured approach to client for managing the change using multiple communication mechanisms.
• You will also coach and create a vision for the team, provide subject matter training for your focus areas, motivate and inspire team members through effective and timely feedback and recognition for high performance.
• You would be a key contributor in unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high-quality, value-adding consulting solutions to customers adhering to the guidelines and processes of the organization.

Additional Responsibilities:
• Knowledge of Siebel Development; knowledge of Siebel architecture frameworks, and design principles; ability to comprehend & manage technology, performance engineering
• Proven leadership skills and experience in Agile teams
• Good understanding of ITIL concepts
• Domain – Basic domain knowledge in order to understand the business requirements / functionality
• Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies is a pre-requisite
• Working knowledge on MPP, JIRA, Confluence and ServiceNow (Incident Management Tool)
• Awareness of latest technologies and trends
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
Technical and Professional Requirements:
• Experience of 9+ years with end-to-end project management of Oracle CX Applications (i.e. Siebel CRM/Oracle Sales Service Cloud) implementation/managed programs
• Ability to perform project planning and scheduling, manage tasks and coordinate project resources to meet objectives and timelines
• Experience in successful Planning, execution, and completion of Siebel Projects
• Ability to interact at all levels of clients’ organizations. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Project Lifecycles on development & maintenance projects, estimation methodologies, quality processes
• Ability to work with business and technology subject matter experts to assess requirements, define scope, create estimates, and produce project charters
• Ensure the Project is completed on time, within scope, and on budget
• Experience of managing 20+ member team
• Status Reporting to client team and Infosys management on the project progress
