About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the evolution of the Glance Homescreen product. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting an engaging, intuitive, and highly personalized homescreen experience for our millions of users worldwide.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Glance Homescreen, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives.
2. Conduct comprehensive user research and competitive analysis to understand user needs, market gaps, and opportunities for the Homescreen product.
3. Work closely with design and engineering teams to translate customer needs into compelling and technically feasible product features.
4. Prioritize and manage feature backlog based on business and customer impact.
5. Define, monitor, and analyze key performance metrics to make informed product decisions.
6. Liaise with multiple stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure seamless product rollouts and customer communication.
7. Mentor and guide junior product managers and other team members.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
2. 6+ years of product management experience, preferably with mobile consumer products.
3. Proven track record of driving product strategy, vision, and execution for consumer-focused digital products.
4. Deep understanding of mobile UX/UI design principles and ability to work with designers to create intuitive user experiences.
5. Strong data analysis skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
6. Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels.
