Role: CLM Solution Designer – Corporate Technology
Desired Experience Range: 10+ year's
Location of Requirement: Hyderabad
Must-Have:
• 10 years of technical experience.
• 3 years of CLM experience.
• Hands-On experience of working for at least 3 years with DocuSign CLM/SpringCM, and/or SirionLabs, Conga CLM, Contract Express, Icertis or other CLM Platform.
• Able to translate business requirements into Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions.
• Certified Experience with DocuSign CLM/SpringCM and/or a leading CLM Platform.
• Experience in leading development teams in providing CLM solutions in enterprise environments.
Good to Have:
• MStrong troubleshooting skills on these platforms.
• Minimum knowledge and understanding of financial markets are desirable.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with all levels of staff, both orally and written.
• Ability to manage own work and multitask to meet tight deadlines without losing sight of priorities under minimum supervision.
• Highly motivated, self-directed individual with a positive & pro-active attitude to work.
• Customer and service focused, with determination to meet their needs and expectations.
• Be driven and committed to the goals and objectives of the team and organization.
Detailed Responsibilities:
• Must interact with global teams in time zones spanning UK, US, APAC areas.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other cross- functional teams to understand project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
• Develop high quality solutions on the CLM platforms in line with business requirements.
• Support Go-Live through activities such as system design consulting, developing software platforms, capacity planning and launch reviews.
• Participate in Project related activities to meet operational needs.
• Manage project priorities, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery within established deadlines.
• Provide a high level of customer service, whilst working under pressure.
• Perform code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous enhancement of development processes.
• Collaborate with administrators and integration teams to design and implement seamless integrations with other systems.
• Support with technical discussions, problem-solving, and issue resolution.
Education and Professional Skills:
• Professional qualification or equivalent.
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or STEM degree (Desirable).
• Solid English reading/writing capability required.
• Strong communication & articulation skills.
• Curious about new technologies and tools, creative thinking and initiative taking.
• Relevant DevOps certifications will be beneficial.
• Agile related certifications preferable.
