Role Name: Scrum Master – CRM Technology
Desired Experience Range:6+ years
Location of Requirement: Hyderabad.
Must-Have:
•Minimum 6+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master working with some Salesforce application delivery.
•Strong understanding and experience in both Agile and Scrum methodologies.
•Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeanScrum, Kanban etc.)
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and drive alignment.
•Experienced in all scrum ceremonies, including but not limited to, standups, planning, backlog refinement, sprint review and retrospective.
•Demonstratable experience in coaching and mentoring of cross functional teams.
•Experience working in tandem with other projects of work sharing environments for testing and release.
•Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
•Proficient in tracking and reporting tools used in Agile project management.
•Familiarity with DevOps practices and deployment processes.
•Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
•Excellent communication and leadership skills.
•Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.
•Outstanding organizational skills.
Good to Have:
•DevOps Tasks: Identify and communicate open tasks to the DevOps team, such as chart preparations and deployments for PPE (Pre-Production Environment) and Production/DR (Disaster Recovery).
•Change Requests: Ability to manage change requests for both PPE and Production environments.
•Deployment Management: Experience in coordinating meetings with relevant stakeholders, to ensure smooth promotion though environmentsand Production deployments.
Detailed Responsibilities:
•Facilitate standard scrum ceremonies, including standup’s, planning and retrospectives.
•Manage project plans and dependencies working closely with the relevant stakeholders to ensure transparency.
•Work with the development team to define definition of done and definition of ready ensuring these are adhered too throughout the project lifecycle. < /div>
•Work closely with development teams to ensure that delivery milestones are aligned with overall project goals.
•Ensure all LSEG governance requirements are met using artefacts following best practice as part of the software delivery lifecycle.
•Release Page Creation: Collaborate with the team to create and maintain release pages that document key information about each integration and feature release.
•QA Results: Verify that QA results, including content, functional, and performance tests, are ready and well documented.
•Changes Tracker: Ensure that the changes tracker includes all relevant features and integrations configuration.
•Timelines: Control and track the execution of development activities to ensure they align with project timelines.
Education and Professional Skills:
•Demonstratable experience as a scrum master (CSM or CSP Preferred).
•PMI – Agile (Desirable).
•BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or STEM degree (Desirable).
•Solid English reading/writing capability required.
•Strong communication & articulation skills.
