Role Name:  Service Delivery Analyst – Finance Technology

Desired Experience Range:         8 years to 12 Years 

Location of Requirement: Hyderabad 

Must-Have 

• Proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Cloud Procurement modules:  

o Supplier Information Management.

o Oracle Supplier Portal.

o Account Payable.

o Procurement (including Self Service).

o Purchasing.

o Cash Management.

o Subledger Accounting. 

• Oracle Cloud Reporting tools. 

Roles & Responsibilities:  

• 8 years of experience in Oracle Applications, with at least 2 end-to-end implementations in Oracle ERP.

• Strong experience working with Oracle Supplier Information Management (SIM) module, including configuration, customization, and support.

• In-depth understanding of supplier data management principles, processes, and best practices.

• Global experience - Working successfully with teams in multiple locations simultaneously. 

• Experience and knowledge of large scale, global, change programs. 

• Experience in large investment banking or financial services organisations.

• Background in working across several different sectors both business and IT related projects/programs. 

• Knowledge of technology estates and technologies desirable.

Education and Professional Skills

• Professional qualification or equivalent.

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or STEM degree (Desirable). 

• Solid English reading/writing capability required.

• Strong communication & articulation skills.

• Curious about new technologies and tools, creative thinking and initiative taking.

• Relevant DevOps certifications will be beneficial.  

• Agile related certifications preferable.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Oracle SIM Configuration: Utilize your expertise in Oracle SIM to configure and customize the module according to business requirements. This includes defining and managing supplier profiles, data fields, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes.

• Data Management: Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of supplier-related data within Oracle SIM. Perform regular data audits, resolve data discrepancies, and identify opportunities for data quality improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and reliable supplier data across the organization.

• System Support and Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for Oracle SIM-related technical issues and inquiries. Investigate and troubleshoot system errors, user-reported issues, and data anomalies. Provide timely resolution or escalate to appropriate teams/vendors as needed.

• User Training and Documentation: Develop training materials, user guides, and standard operating procedures to enable end-users to effectively utilize Oracle SIM. Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate stakeholders on system functionalities, best practices, and data governance policies.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to supplier information management. Identify opportunities to enhance system capabilities, streamline processes, and optimize data integrity and security. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements and automation initiatives.

• Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Finance, IT, and Compliance, to gather requirements, align priorities, and implement system enhancements. Liaise with key stakeholders to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure Oracle SIM meets business requirements.
