What this job involves?

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide strategic SCMP direction across functional areas and programs that involve strategic outsourcing and vendor management across multiple IFM disciplines.
  • Active vendor management in the form of quarterly business reviews.
  • Lead the process of developing vendor management strategy, identifying, sourcing, and securing resources based on business requirements/results.
  • Ensure that all vendor contracts are current and aligned back into the SCMP Asia Pacific Leader.
  • To work and align with SCMP team to develop facilities and vendor cost metrics as a reference tool for the IFM business.

  • Manage the RFP, pricing and negotiation process for the client on behalf of JLL, and assist country teams to do the same.
  • Provide account support in managing the Jones Lang LaSalle ERP Procurement Module. This includes system training, vendor performance management, and providing regular reporting to client account teams.
  • Assist in developing and communicating the IFM and SCMP vision to the client, JLL, vendors and Strategic Alliance Partners.
  • Supports the strategies for negotiation of major programs, projects and/or vendor activities.
  • Implement, and operate integrated outsourcing strategies, standards and guidelines, training, costing parameters and tools/templates.

 

Profitability / Savings Initiatives:

  • Helping develop initiatives and strategies that lead to cost savings and service improvement.
  • POC for Value Engineering savings initiatives.

 

Reporting:

  • POC for monthly procurement reports preparation & collation for Client acceptance.
  • Assist in the vendor spend review, monitoring and management.
  • Ensure compliance of Quarterly Vendor Performance review

 

Training:

  • Ensure JLL Vendor Ethics trainings are implemented and complied.

 

Leadership / Staff Management:

  • Actively encourage an environment that supports teamwork, cooperation & performance excellence
  • Act as manager and partner with all JLL vendors listed and accredited

 

KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES:

  • Refer to the Individual Performance Agreement (IPMP) for Key Performance Measures.
  • Ensure the SLA & KPI Targets for the Countries/Sites are met and exceeding expectations.

  • Strong Technical comprehension and experience with performance-based service contracts and associated vendor management.

  • Good in Administration aspects, with written and oral communication skills.

  • At least 5 years SCMP & Procurement work experience.
  • At least 3 years in Managerial or Asst. Managerial role.
  • Business / Commerce Degree.
  • Relevant work experience in IFM with also knowledge of procurement for services related to facility management will be highly regarded.
  • Management experience in integrated outsourcing and supply chain management and procurement.
  • Management of outsourcing relationships and the ability to accomplish results through vendor management.
  • Execution of vendor contracts between the company and the vendor, drawing upon good contract management skills, negotiation and problem solving.
  • Competency in financial modelling, feasibility studies and total cost of ownership analysis.
  • Ability to analyse complex problems and generate solutions.
  • Exhibit exceptional relationship management and conflict management capabilities in order to guide the company/vendor relationship.
  • Proven ability to lead by example, with strong influencing skills.
  • Experience managing multi country procurement teams.
  • Responsible for tracking key data, developing and tracking KPI/SLA's, delivering insights that help the account and clients succeed.
