Accountable for a single small to medium sized global network delivery or multiple simple global network deliveries. The global network operates across 198 countries and territories, with 3,400 multinational customers with multiple sites, using 5,200 points of presence

What you’ll be doing

  • Ultimately, ensure Projects are delivered on time, on budget and meet quality standards.
  • Ensure the scope of delivery is understood, that the solution meets the business need and that plans are comprehensive and are achieved
  • Produce and agree delivery plan and manage dependencies 
  • Assists with planning and monitoring of all activities, to ensure agreed scope and benefits are delivered in a project. 
  • Develops working relationships and communicates with a range of project stakeholders across teams to ensure actions completed, progress updated and impacts on other components managed. 
  • Supports engagement with third party suppliers.
  • Identify pre requisites to network deliveries and ensure that they are delivered 
  • Run a regular project review forum with all stakeholders covering risks/issues/finances/status/re sources
  • Manage RAG status and expectations of a network delivery with relevant stakeholders 
  • Regular reporting updates to advise of progress to all stakeholders

Experience you would be expected to have

  • Worked on projects with aggressive timelines.   
  • Developed an internal network of strong working relationships you can call on to assist with your role 
  • History of achievement in a project environment.
  • Tackled process/policy obstacles to delivery
  • Ability to matrix manage teams.
