Key responsibilities and accountabilities: (or 'Duties')

  • Set creative strategy for clients’ projects, working closely with the CD, brand management team to align with the overall vision.
  • Manage the creative team to evolve our team’s talent and capabilities and make the best possible use of our talent pool. Manage and develop creative team career paths. Evaluate team performance across projects and mentor and develop the team.
  • Nurture a collaborative, team-oriented environment while infusing the team with creative inspiration. Function well in a cross-disciplinary environment.
  • Advocate for the highest quality of creative digital work, and have the portfolio and occasional project work and craft skills to back that up.
  • Communicate creative goals to external clients and internal creative teams, lead creative planning & ideation sessions, critique and evolve work with our designers, and integrate design requirements into all phases of production.
  • Proactively conceive net new creative ideas and concepts to help push our work to higher standards.
  • Inspire, excite, and motivate the design team and key stakeholders.
  • Select and manage digital vendors and oversee the quality of their work from a creative perspective.
  • Apply cutting edge user experience and design principles into all aspects of projects development.
  • Provide creative direction for all projects efforts, both internal and external.
  • Infuse designs with brand and aesthetic cues in a systematic and reproducible way while pushing the creativity and uniqueness of our work, and evolving style guidelines and standards.

 

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of full range of creative and design disciplines
  • Excellent visual design and presentation skills
  • Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Knowledge of interface design, typography, layout and web formats

What will your job look like? Directly manages major and critical developing client accounts and coordinates the management of 5G and network services evolution. Establish positive relationships with key purchasing decision-makers, executive sponsors, coaches, and influencers; and develop relationships with third parties to extend the reach of Amdocs beyond the core markets and solutions. Manage the sales cycles in the different Amdocs domains and will take the lead role in positioning and selling Amdocs Products and Services. You will be encouraged to exercise the Amdocs business solution approach: focusing on the customer’s needs and pain points rather than what Amdocs has to offer. Develop opportunities from the first lead, until close. Leading resources and matrix manage the designated project team. This also requires aligning appropriate sales opportunities to meet business and financial objectives and will be encouraged to know our customer's business needs. All you need is... Validated sales experience in the area of Networks Services that can include: 5G, OSS, Mobile Networks, and RAN/ORAN. Solid understanding of Telecom and Network verticals, with knowledge of network services. Experience in developing new business in the Communications sector - software sales record in the network services domain preferred. Experience in communication/presenting at the executive level is needed. Proven and established relationships with Executives (VP, C Level) Understand and have the pulse of the market, the challenges facing tier 1/tier 2/ and large private enterprise networks. You should be a “hunter” with validated experience in running long, sophisticated B2B sales cycle processes for large companies and a consistent track record of closing large, sophisticated deals. Bachelor’s Degree/ MA in business/ marketing or related fields will be an advantage.
