Job Responsibility
• Analyze and document customer requirements and determine the level of effort in designing and developing a solution within the time and cost constraints of a project
• Collaborate with an intelligent group of onsite and offshore team members and participate in the planning of development sprints
• Demonstrate ability to lead projects from a technical capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of design patterns to perform impact analysis and feature development
• Involved in Code review & Effort estimation
• Coding, debugging/troubleshooting & testing the application
• Mentoring and guiding the team
• Effective Communication with external stakeholders
• Customer Front ending to Implement, extend and customize syndigo’s flagship MDM/PIM product suite as required
• Should be able to understand a Functional Design Document.
Technical Skills Required
 
Experience: Minimum 2-6 years of experience
Qualification: BE/ B.Tech/ ME/ M.Tech
• Expertise and hands-on experience are required in.NET 4.0+, C#, ASP.NET, SQL, MVC, WCF, XML, JavaScript, Ajax,
• knowledge in SQL Server (2012) and above versions, T-SQL, SQL server
• Hands-on experience in Agile methodology
• Any other MDM Domain product knowledge would be an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Must be a good team player
• Self-Motivated
• Adaptability and flexibility
• Passion for learning
• Leadership skills

About Team    This position is with PeopleTech under the Enterprise Business Services organisation. Enterprise areas of Walmart like Finance, Indirect Procurement, People Systems and others are in the midst of massive digital transformation. Our team is building products for these areas from scratch, building mobile & web interfaces,  dealing with challenges from gathering user data, developing machine learning models to understand business processes better and making them more holistically data driven and intelligent. We leverage machine learning, natural language processing (NLP) and big data technologies to get the scale and precision required for solving these problems. We are also working on some cutting edge deep learning and computer vision technologies to solve some of the business critical problems.    What you'll do:    Responsible for designing and executing Product end to end Testing Strategy and following best practices.  Write Test document from the requirements/designs; manage bug tracking across multiple teams.   Create, trigger, monitor and control the execution of manual and automated test suites, identifying issues and potential gaps.  Develop and Automate end to end functional & performance tests , to enable faster validation.  Work in partnership with Scrum team members, including engineering and product management, to deliver business functionality on-time, with required quality, and that meets the acceptance criteria.  Support QE governance of test processes, data, and execution metrics to help drive improve the performance of team.  Be a key contributor to the continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.  Perform code reviews for your peers. Develop and build the test infrastructure.  Work closely with the Tech Leads/Architects and cross functional teams and follow established practices for the delivery of solutions meeting QCD (Quality, Cost & Delivery) within the established architectural guidelines.   Learn new and changing technologies and adapt to ensure best software practices and standards.   What you'll bring:   Overall 3-6 yrs of experience in related technologies.
