Job Responsibility

• Leading and managing multiple projects or programs simultaneously, ensuring they align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Creating and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines and resource tracker to ensure on time deliver.
• Act as a point of contact between stakeholders, clients and project teams, ensuring effective communication and managing expectations.
• Identifying and mitigating risks that could impact project delivery
• Managing project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost control.
• Handling and approving changes in project scope and managing overall requests to closure.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimizing project delivery methodologies.
• Maintaining comprehensive project documentation and reports.
• Keeping up to date with agile and scrum best practices and promoting their adoption within the organization.
• Handling conflicts and promoting a collaborative environment within the team.
