Job Summary –
Manage team effectively and become a successful interface between the team and internal/external customers and/or company
Be directly responsible towards fostering the development of the team by motivating them and ensuring career advancement and a long-lasting and fruitful relationship of the team with the Company through timely & constructive feedback and counseling
Provide constructive feedback from time to time and ensure performance of the team
Conduct performance appraisals and monthly one to ones
Should manage daily client meetings

Good at MS Office
Domain Knowledge – Capital Market
Analytical Skills
Good Presentation skills
Basic Lean and Six Sigma Knowledge would be added advantage
