We are seeking a candidate with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to leverage our change management methodology and support the adoption of changes required by projects. As a Change Management Specialist, you will conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders. You will also provide input to training programs, identify and prepare risk mitigation tactics, and consult and coach project teams. Other responsibilities include supporting senior leaders, facilitating organizational design, integrating change management activities into project plans, evaluating user readiness, managing stakeholders, tracking and reporting issues, and defining success metrics. Knowledge in Alteryx and Swift is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Leverage a change management methodology, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
  • Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications. Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs. Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics if any being introduced as part of the change.
  • Consult and coach project teams. Support and engage senior leaders, Coach people managers and supervisors
  • Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities. Coordinate efforts with other specialists. Integrate change management activities into the project plan
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness. Manage stakeholders. Track and report issues
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

 

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Knowledge in Alteryx will be an added advantage.
  • Swift Knowledge is Must.

Also track a set of clients / emerging sectors / product themes with an aim to pitch potential ideas   Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Under-graduate degree from a top tier institution with excellent academic record and a strong interest in making a career in finance Strong communication skills (written as well as verbal) and an ability to precisely articulate thoughts Close attention to detail and ability to deliver high quality output under pressure. Ability to efficiently multi-task and handle multiple deliverables / projects Strong team player demonstrating integrity and ability to work with teams across geographies. Pro-active, self-starter and an ability to work independently with minimal guidance Strong analytical bent of mind and quantitative skills Awareness of banking solutions and services as well as knowledge of analyzing company financials and financial modeling skills in MS Office applications are a plus Ensure the highest ethical standards and regulatory compliance within the firm
