Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire Help & support product charter - that helps millions of users invest, pay and borrow seamlessly on Groww.
  • Innovate and build products with LLMs/OpenAI/other models to elevate the customer experience
  • Develop DIY products on Groww to help users resolve their queries via the self serve mode such as Chat bots, Contextual Answers etc
  • For the new investors who come on Groww, provide strong learning tools that help them up-skill on investments etc.
  • Collaborate with all the internal teams to ensures comprehensive help topics are covered across the app
  • Manage the product development process from conception through design, build, release, analysis, and iteration including customer onboarding flow, underwriting journey, etc.
  • Work closely with the CS Head and Leads to develop products that boost the productivity of Agents and help is faster user responses
  • Create strong user feedback loop for continuous product improvement for all product verticals
  • Guide the team to employ a range of qualitative (user discovery research, focus groups, usability studies, etc.) and quantitative (surveys, analytics, market research, etc
  • Develop requirements for engineering teams to build that integrate customer insights
  • Create Product Strategy and User-Centered Design teams to define and execute research efforts to inform and validate product direction
  • Leverage analytics and qualitative customer insight to identify potential opportunities 

Job Requirement
