Scope:

  • Designing and configuring the product demonstrations to meet the requirements of the prospect; coordinating and collaborating with the regional pre-sales team to design the demo scenarios, creating the storyline, preparing the presentations etc.

 

Technical Knowledge (must have):

  • Hands On experience on Python programming language version 3
  • Experience with Python web frameworks (Django or Flask)
  • Knowledge of python libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Django, SQL Alchemy etc.
  • Experience with Rest APIs

 

What you’ll do:

  • Designing and configuring the product demonstrations to meet the requirements of the prospect; coordinating and collaborating with the regional pre-sales team to design the demo scenarios, creating the storyline, preparing the presentations etc.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the internal product teams like Product Management and Product Development to get visibility of the product roadmap, provide feedback for future releases, time to market, positioning etc.
  • The role is primarily functional (about 80%) and needs some level of technical proficiency.
  • Generates innovation to help in improving quality, cost, time, or value of demo delivery; focuses on reusability of each demo component and templatization.
  • May be involved in client-facing pre-sales demonstrations on need basis.
  • Assists with technical support to demo environments.
  • Learns and adapts to applicable technologies, products, and tools.
  • Develops in-depth knowledge of industry-standard integrations.
  • Provides solutions to ad hoc requirements around modifying integrations.
  • Demonstrates good understanding of supply chain domain and solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Follows standard processes and procedures.
  • Proactively picks up development and maintenance tasks.
  • Plans and prioritizes work.
  • Proactively reports all activities to the reporting managers.
  • Independently perform all the tasks provided in day-to-day work.
  • Able to handle deliverables with minimal direction.
  • Completes assigned work within the allotted time.
  • Perform various ad-hoc tasks to support the Sales department.
  • Effectively communicate in a virtual working environment with team members across the globe and communicate effectively with team members in the local office.
  • Develops and maintains strong working relationships with all functions of Blue Yonder to effectively drive the achievement of goals.

 

What we are looking for:

  • BE/B. Tech or MBA from Tier 1 institutions having technical experience working in supply chain domain.
  • Knowledge in any of the Transportation Management Systems (planning and execution) and products in the Transportation suite of solutions is nice.
  • Good communication and presentation skills; should have worked in client-facing roles in the past.
  • Ability to work with internal stakeholders like the Regional Presales teams, Product Management, Product Development, Consulting
  • Understands technical stuff like high-level architecture, Database structures, SQL queries, and APIs.
  • Knowledge of Python
  • Java experience is nice to have.
  • Possess an understanding of Supply chain domain.
