Role- Application Support Analyst

We are looking for an Application Support Analyst who will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful resolution of issues/challenges identified in our software product’s features.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Support, optimization, and customization of loan servicing applications likeFiserv/Five9/Tempo
• Managing cases, requests, and enhancements using the ticketing system.
• Ensuring that servicing applications are fully operational, and any loss of service is restored in a timely and efficient manner.
• Providing a high level of service to business users and adhering to our strict SLAs for response and restoration times
• Problem determination, workaround resolution, root cause analysis, incident management
• Testing and verification of service releases, patches, requests, and customizations in the application.
• Assist with the support of internal applications and infrastructure.
• Ensure that solution and application support documentation is maintained to the highest quality and accuracy.
• Responsibilities may require occasional late-night and weekend work.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• BE/BTech degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 7-9 years of IT Production Support experience, supporting software applications and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Previous experience dealing with support cases or requests via e-mail, telephone, and in person.
• Familiarity with the US Mortgage sector is a plus.
• Requirement gathering and specification planning.
• Ability to understand the logic flow of programming.
• Querying knowledge on SQL Server is advantageous
