Looking for an experienced candidate with 15+ years of experience in Data & Analytics. Must have good communication and presentation skills. Hands-on experience with Snowflake utilities and Data Migration is necessary. Good understanding of Star and Snowflake dimensional modelling is required. Proficiency in RDBMS, complex SQL, PL/SQL, Python, and Unix Shell Scripting is necessary. Candidate should be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, innovative environment. Experience with Agile methodology is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required. Candidate should be self-motivated, collaborative, innovative, eager to learn, and hands-on. Knowledge of Python coding is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • 15+ Years of experience in Data & Analytics with Good Communication and presentations skills.  
  • At least 2 years experience in Snowflake implementations, 2 large scale data warehouse end to end implementation experience.  
  • Must have Snowflake certified in Snowpro or Advanced architect .Proficiency in SQL and experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python) for data manipulation and automation.  
  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their integration with Snowflake. 
  • Familiarity with data governance and data management practices. exposure to Snowpark, Data Clean room, DBT, replication tools, performence tuning will be added advantage / must have skills. 

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor's and/or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.  
  • Expertise in Snowflake – data modelling, ELT using SQL, implementing stored Procedures and standard DWH and ETL concepts  
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake utilities, SnowSQL, SnowPipe 
  • Experience in Data Migration from RDBMS to Snowflake cloud data warehouse  
  • Deep understanding of Star and Snowflake dimensional modelling 
  • Proficiency in RDBMS, complex SQL, PL/SQL, Python, Unix Shell Scripting, performance tuning and troubleshoot  
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, innovative environment with several ongoing concurrent projects 
  • Should have experience working in Agile methodology  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.    
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, innovative, eager to learn, and hands on  
  • Good to have python coding knowledge. 
  • Snowflake certified in Snowpro or Advanced architect
