Job Summary
About the role: As Delivery Excellence Executive, you will be part of the team focused on end-to-end process/program management of a variety of delivery excellence initiatives. These initiatives will usually be focused on improving the quality & predictability of project delivery in Tredence. Some initiatives will also be crossfunctional in nature cutting across delivery, practices, client experience, capability , learning & development, resourcing operations, HR, etc.This team interacts with multiple senior stakeholders , across functions and geographies, and will play a key role in driving process innovation and productivity across the company.
You will:
▪ Execute multiple tasks such as data prep and collation, stakeholder coordination, optimization, and maintenance of existing process artifacts.
▪ Maintain data and documentation in the right format and ensure accuracy by adhering to checklists and standards
▪ Perform regular reporting and analysis for key stakeholders
Required Skills, Competencies & Experience:
• 1-4 years in delivery excellence or operations or process/program management, preferably in IT services industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Creating and maintaining templates, reports, and trackers.
• Strong problem solving acumen
• Attention to detail and timeliness are critical to this role • Adaptive to a fast-paced workplace and unstructured/evolving business problems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
