About Factory Planner:
Factory Planner is an intelligent planning and scheduling system. It is an intelligent replacement for the master production scheduling and capacity requirements planning modules, in existing MRP II systems.
Factory Planner is a planning tool which produces a Master Production Schedule, using material and
capacity constraints.
Our current technical environment:
- Software: Java, GIT, C, C++
- Frameworks/Others: Jenkins, Tomcat Apache, Weblogic, Oracle
- Cloud Architecture: Private cloud, MS Azure
What you will do:
- As a support engineer, you will be responsible for continuous monitoring of systems, software, and hardware
- Work with multiple parties on a day-to-day basis
- Provide all the necessary technical support to customers to overcome any issues.
- Respond and resolve the support requests 24x7
- Should have strong troubleshooting skills
- Must have excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills to be able to interact with end users of various technical levels
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.E/ B.Tech) with 5-7 years of experience in software support
- Sound knowledge of various operating systems and databases along with shell scripting, Oracle DB, SQL
- Efficient communication skills
- Knowledge on supply chain domain is mandatory. Factory Planner knowledge is preferred.
