JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for Senior Product Managers to work on Oracle's Cloud WMS offering and be a part of a nimble and growing team. We are looking for Functionally Savvy Product Managers who exhibit passion on solving the customers pain points. Work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities

-As Senior Product Manager work on implementable specifications including acceptance criteria in preparation for the construction and testing of Oracle Cloud WMS Product.

This will be a Hands-on role using Agile methodology.

- Candidate will need to be a strong facilitator who can demonstrate a flexible and confident way of working with consultants (supply chain domain) and with developers and testing personnel (technical domain)

- Candidates must be able to work in a dynamic and fast paced release cycle along with a short learning curve

- Developing requirements (business, user and software requirements — functional and non-functional) and establishing traceability to the product vision

- Be able to design at a functional level, database tables. Must have familiarity with relational database concepts. Ability to use SQL is a major plus

- Ensuring the requirements are specified in a manner suitable for the intended audience and are understandable, unambiguous and capable of being implemented and tested

- Ability to navigate the R&D team and business sponsors through a level of ambiguity including business process change; building organization and structure to requirements to drive out and define detailed requirements in an efficient manner

- Understanding the software development approach being used and defining how the requirements development will be conducted

- Writing and reviewing business, user and non-functional/system level requirements in the form of Use Cases, process flows, and other similar structured requirements documentation

- Ensuring that quality business analysis standards are met as prescribed by the development organization through the effective implementation or use of approved processes, methodologies and deliverables.

Qualifications
- Prior Experience in Product Management/Business analysis role with personal accountability for delivering and managing requirements to time.

- Experience with agile software development projects, in lead role helping to deliver User Stories, Test Scenarios, Epics, and the like.

- Demonstrated experience writing and reviewing business, user and non-functional/system level requirements

- Comfortable dealing stakeholders and opinionated developers and architects during facilitated sessions and during the development lifecycle

- Development and deployment of formal business analysis methods and tools to govern and control programs

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – must be able to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing..

- Skill and experience in working with virtual and geographically dispersed teams to develop software

- A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline preferred; or equivalent work experience

- Work experience in supply chain industry, preferred
