As the Marketing Automation Manager, you will be responsible for executing campaigns and initiatives across multiple marketing channels, with a focus on email marketing, marketing automation, and lead generation. You will work closely with the Brand Strategy team and other members of the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that support our business objectives and drive revenue growth.
 
Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing automation strategies aligned with the business objectives and long-term customer acquisition and retention goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns that leverage marketing automation capabilities.
  • Drive lead generation efforts by implementing effective strategies and tactics within marketing automation platforms. Create and optimize lead capture forms, landing pages, and lead scoring models to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Use analytical tools and data sources to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, including metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, content, and design, to align marketing automation initiatives with overall marketing strategies.
  • Maintain knowledge of GDPR, PECR, and other relevant privacy regulations to ensure compliance in marketing automation practices.
  • Stay informed about marketing automation trends, tools, and best practices within the B2B technology industry. Conduct research and benchmarking to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization in marketing automation strategies and tactics.

 
Requirements:

  • Prior experience in marketing automation or digital marketing for a high-growth B2B technology business.
  • Hands-on experience in setting up automated campaigns using platforms like Hubspot, Salesforce, and similar marketing automation tools.
  • Expertise in implementing web tracking technologies such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Snowflake, etc.
  • Strategic mindset to help the business achieve long-term customer acquisition and retention goals.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Ability to pivot quickly and make fast decisions based on changing needs in a high-growth environment.
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of GDPR, PECR, and other relevant privacy regulations
