An experienced business leader who can develop strategies for the business to grow organically, and in-organically. Exhibit qualities of Think big and make it happen, Go beyond, Inspired Greatness with the vision to develop and grow the business multifold over the STRAP period. Setting up Vision and mission for India team and lead by example. This role will be based in Gurgaon, India. 
You will be responsible to Increase the overall organic growth of the business of the AM by creating strong strategy and execution plan, interactive partnerships with customers, internal stakeholder, channel and third-party manufactures (TPM).
Lead the business to achieve the sales and operating income targets for each year in sync with the regional business Leader. Revenue responsibility of Multi-Million $.
·         Enable the execution of key Strategic Planning (STRAP) initiatives through the principles of Honeywell Operating System with transforming Strategic Planning (STRAP) objectives into the X-Matrix tool to drive flawless execution.
Drive Commercial Excellence including adherence to key metrics i.e. pipeline health, growth, working capital etc.
Foster customer satisfaction and develop customer relationships through coordinating and/or attending trade shows, seminars, etc. and Drive business growth by organizing large scale client and customer events including providing education of Honeywell product through technical presentations.

Manage, maintain, and provide reports and opportunity status using our customer relationship management system and analyze competitive intelligence and market trends.

Work with Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) to strategically align sellers and customer accounts.

Build on your knowledge of Honeywell products in a team-based culture focused on innovation and customer satisfaction
·         Functionally lead the team to develop the right process and measures to ensure superior service to customers and drive for higher productivity/ profitability for the business.
·         Work with the Functional Heads sales representatives to understand customer needs/ sales opportunities, vendor / supplier capabilities and margin/ cost implications in pursuit of sales and profitability.
·         Provide leadership to the Sales representatives for managing sales and support channel expansion.
·         Align sales with marketing to actively manage the strategies are in line with customer segment.
·         Drive new geography sales expansion in India region.
·         Provide leadership in setting the product, marketing and sales promotion strategy vis-à-vis customer segment positioning.
·         Build and drive core sales management capabilities.
·         Ensure expansion of Customer Base and ensure Sales Revenue and Gross Margins.
·         Developing tactical marketing that includes all aspects of sales strategy & operational management, analysis and competitive/ profit maximizing pricing tactics.
·         Understand, define and segment customers and develop the right cost to serve model, product/ service offering that maximizes the ROI on any new product development. Deliver value by leading sales team’s strategic activities.
·         Work with the India marketing team to develop mechanisms that capture voice of customer and then translate it into customer segment specific offering and sales strategy.

Leadership & People Management
Provide inspiring leadership and vision to the India Sales Team which lead the team to thrive for peak performance.
Build strong trust-based relationships with managers to be their counsel for supply chain and customer support costs, processes and day-to-day management.
Recruit and lead high performance team with strong employee engagement and well establish career development and succession plan.
Interact with HR and its different centers of excellence (ODL, Training, Staffing, etc) to learn, implement and share best practices.
