Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales manager will lead the sales for his center. He will be responsible for hiring, lead generation and final sales conversion for his center.
Hiring and training:
a) Hire counselors and marketing execs along with city head
b) Ensure proper training of counselors and marketing execs
Lead generation:
a) Center planning for lead generation along with city head
a) Ensure requisite leads are being generated for the center via walk-ins, referrals, flyer distribution in the vicinity, lodge visits in the vicinity, library/ book store visits in the vicinity
b) Ensure proper tracking of leads generated
c) Ensure process adeherance of marketing execs
Sales conversion:
a) Center planning for sales conversion improvement along with city head
b) Ensure proper pitch, follow-ups and process adeherance by counselors
c) Help in closing deals via financing or added guidance to students
Sales achievement:
Hit all the numbers based on center plan and KRAs

Must haves:
a) Should have edtech experience
b) Must have managed a team: 5-10 people (direct)
c) Has done sales before, and led sales execs/counselors before, has undertaken sales targets of 10L+
