Sr Systems Pgm Supervisor is responsible for engaging closely with GES customers, understand their expectations and work with delivery teams to ensure that customers are served to their satisfaction. It also entails showcasing GES capability and enhancing GES visibility in the HBS world. This position is also responsible for solution review during presales, engineering estimates, engineering delivery management for various iBMS projects along with people management to ensure time bound quality engineering deliverables meeting the customers’ expectations & thus supporting in achieving business results. He/ She shall be the owner of the complete region /multiple initiatives assigned to him/ her.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving regional AOP plan for the region/ pole, People development, Customer satisfaction & maintaining Operational metrics
• Review & get engineering labour estimates done for multiple HVAC PLC/DDC based projects and validation of estimate when projects come for engineering.
• Participates in pre-sales estimate/solution reviews to ensure necessary control products and labour are specified to meet contract requirements and sequence of operation. Studying specifications and arriving at inclusion/ exclusion list, Technical qualifications/ assumptions/ deviations.
• Interface with front office for demand generation, facilitate Job workflow- Work authorization & project execution
• Responsible for overall resource planning, project assignment/ planning & control along with stakeholder management (all agencies associated with project).
• Validate complete scope & ensure customer requirements are understood for various BMS projects. Review & validate technical queries Take technical leadership and ownership of the solution
• Perform project risk assessment and prepare mitigation plan.
• Responsible for project related communication with customer. Frequently interacts with subordinates, customers/Location Co-coordinators and/or functional peer group managers; often must lead a cooperative effort among members of a project team
• Vendor /Stakeholder management for SOW scope, PLC panel assembly at factory etc.
• Responsible for customer satisfaction, meeting Billability / Utilization targets, OTTR, Quality metrics within the engineering team.
• Responsible for skill planning & development by identifying training needs. Impart technical trainings as necessary. Act as a coach for team members.
• Responsible for analysing customer feedback and identifying appropriate actions to improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Ensure process deployment along with Escalation management /issue resolution by interfacing with front office/field, location coordinator and GES delivery team
• Taking ownership of, managing and obtaining approvals for all change requests, particularly regarding scope and budget
