Utilize your logistics expertise and supervisory skills in a manufacturing environment. You will leverage your team's experience and skills to support on supply chain services, inventory control, critical parts availability, material handling, import-export licensing, shipment of products, and third-party warehousing. You will evaluate customer support and field service commitments to ensure customer requirements are met. You will provide data analysis for production planning and volume studies; and participates in process/rating improvement efforts. As a team supervisor, you will coach your team members in technical and behavioral competencies to deliver high impact to business results.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the team to execute the logistics strategy.
· Manage overall operational targets
· Evaluate material flow.
· Ensure transaction compliance – Warehouse Transactions’ / Mfg. Stores transactions.
· Supervise logistic team – 3PL / Direct reportee’s.
· Improve labor efficiency.
· Manage Third Party Warehouse relationship
· Drive team excellence and talent retention
· Drive continuous improvement culture
JOB ACTIVITIES:
· Manage Mfg. Stores & Logistics Function Day to day activities
· Monitor Inbound/Outbound transactions ensure high level of compliance.
· Improve operational efficiency Service levels of Mfg. Stores & warehouse.
· Inventory management & monitoring inventory accuracy at stores/warehouse.
· Reduction in Warehousing/Manpower Cost.
· FG/SFG/RM/ Spares – Secondary packaging Process Monitoring.
· Packaging material requirement planning & inventory management.
· Monitor daily GRN & Material issuance to Production lines/Projects.
