We are looking for an Associate Technical Account Manager to work within our Customer Experience / Customer Success vertical. You will be part of a team that provides the first experience for customers on the Sprinto platform (while onboarding) and also implement any new products purchased by the customers. You will work closely with the Product, Customer Success and Customer Support functions to ensure our customers are meeting their goals with Sprinto.

The Role
We are looking for an Associate Technical Account Manager to work within our Customer Experience / Customer Success vertical. You will be part of a team that provides the first experience for customers on the Sprinto platform (while onboarding) and also implement any new products purchased by the customers.
You will work closely with the Product, Customer Success and Customer Support functions to ensure our customers are meeting their goals with Sprinto.
What does a typical day look like?
- Most of our day involves working with founders/CXOs/CISOs at other early and mid-sized companies over video calls. During these sessions, we help them implement the right processes in their company in order to achieve a global information security standard like SOC2, ISO27001, PCI DSS etc.
- We work closely with our amazing Product team, as we continuously raise the bar and delight customers with the Sprinto journey
- We also work with our audit partners to ensure a smooth experience for them as well as our mutual customers. For this, you would need to gain a deeper understanding of Information Security/Cloud Security Compliance over time
- As our product is expanding rapidly, we would need to not only learn fast but also enjoy researching and trouble-shooting issues, while identifying and solutions/workarounds to customer use-cases
- All in all, we do whatever is necessary to ensure that the customer has a delightful experience with Sprinto. We place a very high bar on Customer Experience and this team provides the first experience for customers with the Sprinto offering. Well begun is half done!

- You come from a programming background, but realised writing code is not your cup of tea
- In your peer group, your communication & presentation skills stand out
- You have experience in a software implementation role
- You have worked with customers across time zones
- You have a good technical understanding - words like S3 bucket, DB encryption, Virtual Private Cloud are not alien to you
- You are systematic and methodical - you make commitments and meet them consistently
- Huge bonus if you have prior experience with SOC2 / ISO27001 / GDPR / PCI DSS and other compliance standards
