Role Objective

Key focal persons for the respective projects assigned to them & responsible for effectively managing the projects in all aspects till handing over of the project to customer and to internal stake holders.

Major areas of responsibilities:

Establish professional relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
Managing the interest of all stakeholders (customer, Honeywell, suppliers, etc) in the project.
Ensure that the baseline project documents are produced, maintained, made available to all parties concerned and effectively used (managing the project).
Ensures that the project is correctly planned and managed during execution.
Monitor and control the financial status of the project (EAC, Billings, cost budgets, milestone payments, rebates, warranty). on all key metrics.
Managing the process of scope definition and change control, including estimating and negotiations of contract / scope variations (change orders).
Anticipate timely on important potential risks (technical or other).
Establish and execute detailed plans to ensure that risks are mitigated, and opportunities are realized.
Apply applicable Honeywell QA and project management procedures / methods like e.g., GPM.
Prepare sub-contract strategy, select sub-contractors, and negotiate contracts and control. 
Work with Life Cycle Solutions and Services organization to ensure that projects are properly closed out. 
Work with sales (on request) to ensure that project proposals are supported with proposal deliverables e.g., risk/opportunity, estimate, project plan, planning.

Exp – 7-10 yrs
Travelling – 30%- 50% on Project site
Location – Pune

Qualification:

BE(E&TC, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical
PMI certification & PMP,CAPM OR IPMA

You will have global/regional Responsibility for driving competitive supply strategies to achieve lowest Total Cost ownership, reduced Working capital via Negotiation planning and execution, High Growth Region Sourcing, Value Engineering and Sole/ Single Source elimination. You will manage Supplier Performance to support your commodity/category and/or region and ensure supply continuity. You will be managing several projects in a dynamic global environment. You will ensure compliance with company business policies and procedures, Export /Import regulations. Engage with project management when projects are awarded to develop procurement plan and delivering metrics and expectations. Drive Process compliance and Excellence, initiate & support HOS (Honeywell Operating Systems) / improvement programs. Create, maintain & benchmark pre-sales buyout / procurement database across verticals from quotes and/ or projects executed.
