GLOBAL ENGINEERING SERVICES (GES)
Global Engineering Services is the key largescale engineering, productivity, new growth initiative and process standardization enabler for HPS and outside HPS. With the largest skilled engineering pool available to PAS, LSS, HCP and Cyber and ready to expand to other GBEs, GES helps win GMPs and executes them, does design, engineer and execute all the other PAS, LSS, HCI and Cyber projects based out of major engineering centers at India, China, Bucharest and Uzbekistan, helps all the LOBs to carry out engineering and process standardization to improve the engineering quality and productivity and also supports all the LOBs in supporting migrations and long-term service contracts.
GES-BGP
GES-BGP is a team of project management specialists supporting Global BGP Service Contracts.
Honeywell has designed its Benefits Guardianship Program (BGP) program to allow its customers(HCI Products) to gain maximum benefits from their investment in Honeywell products. Customers receive the support of software and domain experts as well as the latest software updates and new software releases, keeping applications current and available.
BGP provides a combination of telephone, email and web-based support and maintenance deliverables. In addition, BGP customers are entitled to free-of-charge updates or new releases of the software and documentation as they become available.
BGP program aligns with Honeywell Global Service Management (GSM)practices.

THE OPPORTUNITY – BGP PROJECT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (INSTALLED BASE DATABASE SPECIALIST)
BGP PROJECT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (INSTALLED BASE DATABASE SPECIALIST) is responsible for Mining, Analysis and Corrections of HCI products installed base database.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.BGP Contracts installed base data (IB Data) extraction from SFDC.
2.IB data validation with respect to Service Contract database exported from SAP
3.Perform asset and product details validation using SFDC and SAP tools.
4.Additionally, cross-validate the information from PO, Proposal, and other corresponding documents.
5.After internal validation, cross verify with account managers, engineering teams.
(This step requires extensive communication with various stakeholders)
6.Update in IB data excel file.
7.IB data updating in Siebel & SFDC
8.Broadcast BGP Newsletter to after sales customers
9.Prepare various reports as required by Sale leaders (based on IB data)
10.Maintain roadmap and case studies for automation tool (VBA excel based)
11.Revise automation tool based on roadmap outcomes within planned schedules.
YOU MUST HAVE
•B.E / B.Tech. (Chemical/Petrochemical/Instrumentation/Mechanical/Electronics/IT/CS) with a minimum of 6 to 9 years of overall professional experience
•Excellent English written and verbal skills (MUST)
•Hands on experience in Excel Macros and VBA(MUST)
•Experienced in extracting reports from SFDC (as a user) (MUST)
•Proficient in latest Microsoft Office applications like Advanced Excel (Must), MS Word Power Point Presentations, etc.
•Hands on experience on Microsoft Power BI. (Preferred)
•Experienced in SAP ERP (Sales and Distribution) software-Account receivable.
•International Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to cultural differences, skills necessary for cross-cultural success.
•Ability to work in International / Global Environment.
•Flexibility to attend meetings out of working hours due to time zone differences
•Flexible in work assignments (This being dynamic role, the selected candidate must be open for changes in work profile, to meet business requirements)
