IT Manager – CPQ Implementation

Key Responsibilities

·       Lead solution design, systems and data architecture, feature roadmaps, solution prototypes & proof of concepts for current and future projects.

·       Participate in the translation of customer requirements into functional and technical requirements.

·       Work on the end-to-end implementation life cycle of the CPQ global design model across all SBG’s. Drive commonality in capabilities and features developed for the CPQ platform across Honeywell enterprise. 

·       Liaise with Enterprise Architecture (EA) teams to ensure solution alignment with Architecture standards.

·       Overall Technical lead on Projects - Conduct Solution Architecture reviews with project teams prior to start of development activities and ensure solution is flexible & scalable and meets business requirements.

·       Advise and create methods to improve technical solution processes.

·       Lead Solution delivery on projects - Develop and execute to project plans, including defining technical scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.

·       Manage and oversee the technical implementation, customization, and feature releases for the CPQ platform, ensuring optimal performance, quality, scalability, and security.

·       Provide user support to facilitate rapid adoption of standard tools and platforms, speeding time to value of the new solution capabilities.

·       Team Leadership - Provide leadership and guidance to development teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

·       Provide mentorship and supervise work for junior development resources. Delegate tasks, set clear expectations, and motivate team members to achieve project goals.

·       Align with enterprise-wide Agile teams and strong adherence to Agile cadence.

MUST HAVE

·       5+ years of experience implementing technical solutions on the SAP CPQ platform and its suite of products.

·       Be recognized as a technical expert in the CPQ domain and related software & Integrations.

·       Expertise with integrating SAP CPQ platform with Salesforce/CRM, SAP VC & Pricing, ECC and S4 using Apigee, CPI/CPS or other integration platforms

·       Demonstrated experience executing projects in large enterprise IT environments.

·       Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple dependencies and stakeholders.

·       Strong communication skills to be able to articulate solutions to IT/business stakeholders and conduct show and tell sessions
