What You Will Do

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Molex is seeking a dynamic Systems Test Lead to be part of our strong Engineering Team to develop new products that we are bringing to market. You will be a part of our cross functional team and collaborate internationally with our design teams.
· Bachelors or master’s in Engineering in the field of Electrical / Electronics & Communications Engineering or Computer science or equivalent
· Minimum of 4 years of experience in the leading testing of electronic system/sub systems.· Good domain knowledge and experience in testing of embedded automotive systems
What Will Put You Ahead
· Good understanding of embedded Systems (electronics and software)
· Good understanding and expertise on black- and grey box system testing (Functional/Nonfunctional/Safety/Performance)
· Good understanding on Automotive communication protocols like CAN/LIN
· Experience in tools like Canoe, Canalyser, other CAN based tools
· Experience in CAPL or other scripting language.
· Exp in facilitating the deliverables of a testing team.
· Experience in developing test automation scenarios and scripts
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills written, verbal and presentation
· Familiarity with lab equipment such as multimeter and oscilloscopes
· Goal oriented, structured, diligent and independent work ethic
Preferred:
· ISTQB certification or similar
· Experience in system testing of Diagnostics/UDS/NFC/Functional safety related system requirements.
· Competent in usage of tools like POLARION, DOORS, GIT, SVN
· Good knowledge of automotive development processes including V-Model, ASPICE and agile methods
· Knowledge in wireless charging technology according to the Qi standard or automotive application of USB technology are beneficial.
· Familiarization on Autosar Architecture.
