Your Job

What You Will Do

        QN process -

i) To review the complaints received from customers, co ordinate with internal team members for analyzing the problem and ensure submission of 8D report according to specified targets."     

        

QMS -

i) To review the complaints received from customers, co ordinate with internal team members for analyzing the problem and ensure submission of 8D report according to specified targets."                                                                     

i) Establish and monitor the QMS inline with the organization QMS (ISO 9001,IATF & ISO 27001) or any other quality system implemented in the plant                                                              

ii) Review the current procedures for adequacy, redundancy and continuous improvement of the QMS. Ammend the procedures as and when required.                                                                       

iii) Organize and conduct internal audits and management review meetings as per plan.                                                                

iv) Internal audits to be planned and completed as per schedule.                                                         

v) Ensure effective closure of nonconformance's noticed during the internal and external audits.                                                                

vi) Quality Planning - Plant Quality performance target fixing & driving for actions to achieve the same                                                                

vii) Reporting to top management on the performance of QMS                                                            

viii) Initiate corrective or preventive actions to prevent re-occurrence or occurrence of non-conformities related to system deviation                                                                  

ix) Ensure timely review and release of the QMS documents.                                                                

x) Laison with external parties to get an update on the latest revisions pertaining to the QMS standards and plan for implementation of the same in the plant.                                                                

xi) Training of the internal team on QMS requirements.                                                            

xii) Review customer score cards (portal/received through emails) & work with internal team to drive overall performance                                                         

xiii) To prepare a monthly KPI's report of quality department pertaining to all India plants   
 

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Mech preferable) 
  • Certified Internal Quality auditor
  • Minimum 6 Years of experience handling Quality Management Systems
  • Understanding on International Quality management systems /standards as applicable to the Plant.\
  • Understanding of APQP , PPAP, MSA, 8D problem solving, SPC and other Quality tools.                                
  • Good analytical and reasoning skills                                    
  • Knowledge on SAP Quality Module.             
  • Knowledge on the internal auditing process.  
  • Knowledge on continuous improvement concepts

The Quality Engineer plays a pivotal role in our organization, collaborating closely with Architects, Tech Leads, and development teams to ensure the highest standards of software quality and reliability. This position is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and testing of system and application software, with a focus on delivering robust solutions tailored to the unique requirements of the healthcare domain.   About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Software Engineer, with a focus on quality assurance and testing. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques, with proficiency in manual testing and test automation frameworks. Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex software systems, identify root causes of defects, and propose effective solutions. Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.   It would be great if you also had . . .   Master’s degree in computer engineering or related fields. Implementation knowledge of software application development or testing skills   What will you be doing in this role? Implementation of rigorous quality assurance processes and methodologies to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our healthcare data applications. Define and enforce best practices for software testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing, to maintain high standards of quality across the software development lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement in software quality and reliability. Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality, performance, and security in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct thorough reviews of software requirements, design documents, and code to identify defects, usability issues, and areas for improvement. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software quality assurance, incorporating new tools and techniques as appropriate to enhance our quality assurance capabilities.   Hours of Work   9 hrs. a day (Monday to Friday)
