Responsibilities 

  • Create high-quality process designs to improve customer experience, process efficiency, and process excellence. Identifyoperational gaps and opportunities in relation to customer experience, cost, revenue, and control. 
  • Conduct a thorough investigation to produce a qualified and quantified view of customer value, pain points, and priorities in relation to business strategy. 
  • Identify the most appropriate methodand tools for solving a specific problem and scope e.g., analysis, new design, reengineering, Lean, Six Sigma 
  • Analyze project successes and root causes of failures to streamline processes in all phases of project management. 
  • Monitor process performance based on defined parameters / conduct process performance diagnostics to identifyimprovement opportunities. 
  • Create high-quality process design work, ensuring a data-driven approach, customer and business impact, and timelydelivery of agreed outputs. 
  • Perform Data Analytics for various root cause identification. Data Science experience would be an advantage. 
  • Building dashboards, perform analytics & reporting.  
  • Create and maintain functional and technical documentation for all solutions.

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Graduate preferably technology 
  • Relevant work experience in process improvement and data analytics. 
  • Work on process modeling using tools like Visio etc.  
  • Excellent in PowerPoint, Excel, and Visualization tools such as Power BI etc. 
  • Data analytics tools such as R, Python etc. would be an advantage.  
  • Process mining would be an advantage. 
  • Experience with various methods of version control.  
  • Experienced and comfortable working with virtual teams. 
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. 
  • Strong client-facing and interviewing skills to gather and document requirements. 
  • Ability to create documentation for knowledge retention and cross training. 
  • Solid communication skills and strong customer service orientation. 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience.

Responsibilities Work independently within the Export and Delivery Operations team to address and resolve export compliance alerts via a thorough review of Customer information against Autodesk’s Export Compliance screening system (Oracle OWS) Work with a sense of urgency to resolve Export Compliance blocks against open customer orders Assist the Export Customer Screening team and Global Trade Compliance in conducting research and further investigation into current and potential Customer Accounts.  This will involve investigating the company and industry scope and documenting their proposed usage of Autodesk products and services Export Customer Screening Analysts will work to either clear export compliance order blocks or to confirm that the denial of sale is appropriate based on their research and the Export Compliance status of the customer in question.  The E.C.S.
