JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a project lead to join the Quality & Test Engineering group based in the firm’s office in Hyderabad/Bengaluru/Gurugram. The team is responsible for the test engineering practices for critical enterprise application tools and components.

What you’ll do day-to-day

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and mentoring a small group of test engineers; driving innovation by improving on or introducing new tools, methodologies, and processes; and contributing to scope planning, test effort estimation, and release sign-off. The candidate will focus on productivity through automation: using tools and scripting technologies, in addition to developing end-to-end functional and integration test-case scenarios to validate business function and system requirements. They will exhibit leadership in test-case development, coordinating test-plan reviews, and generating repeatable test procedures for payroll management related applications. They will also collaborate with different teams to implement quality release measurement using various metrics.

Who we’re looking for

• Five to eight years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in web technologies and proven expertise in coming up with automation frameworks.
• Exposure to React/Redux stack.
• Robust test planning and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with various testing standards, guidelines, procedures, methods, tools, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
• The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under changing priorities.
