Job Description

As a Vice President -Analytics Solutions Manager, you will manage a team of Analysts Experts that will act as the voice of the CCB Data Analyst throughout product design and development.  As an internal consultant for the business, you will help design complex solutions and enhancement to products to deliver an enhanced analyst experience.   You will influence overall product and business strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

• Leading a team through ambiguous asks driving ideas for proposed solutions.
• Coach the team through complex initiatives, offering support and execution, where needed.
• Actively participate in the operations of the global team, working closely with the Analytic Platform and Data Ops Executive Director.
• Operating as the evangelist of the CCB Data Analysts, throughout the product life cycle.
• Creating and sharing a strategic vision for CCB products. Defining the technical requirements for product supportability and assess the product against these requirements.
• Advocating best practice for the customer and internal teams during product design, development and implementation.
• Owning project launch readiness, ensuring all documentation, polices and processes are in place to deliver to CCB Data Analysts.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Be an engaged and dedicated people manager.
• Collaborate and provide proactive regular status on your assigned and the team’s assigned initiatives. 
• Display excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to articulate to technical and business audiences
• Be well versed in Python, SQL, and Big data/cloud environments.
• Be well versed in analytic tools such as Alteryx and Tableau, and demonstrate advanced Excel skills.
• Have a natural ability to engage, influence and build trusted relationships with internal teams across the business.
• 10+ years of experience in reporting and analytics teams in a professional environment.
