SUMMARY A vacancy for the Head of IM Cyber Security India (m/f) has arisen within Airbus in India. He/she will join the local IM management team with a strong functional attachment to the central IM Cyber Security Team in Europe - DS Department The Airbus India office is currently recruiting employees to strengthen the company cybersecurity infrastructure and capabilities around two directions: -

For Airbus India Cyber Security: aimed at protecting Airbus assets (people, IT, data) in Roof India ( Commercial, Defence and Space & Helicopters), the team is currently, in accordance with Airbus standards, implementing a strong cybersecurity infrastructure.

- Global Cyber Security: Airbus is building a team in India to support Airbus global cybersecurity strategy, leveraging on the local skills and resources. The initiative supports project, design and implementation phases on the various Airbus Roofs across the globe. The successful candidate will join our Airbus Team in India as part of the Digital & Information Management Leadership team. The candidate will coordinate cybersecurity projects and initiatives managed and operated in India. Role The Head of D & IM India Cyber Security oversees local teams operational performance and activities in close collaborations with the Central IM Cyber teams. He/She will ensure synergies are attained, risks are managed and overall Airbus India Infrastructure is aligned with Airbus Cyber Security standards.

Main responsibilities :

- Ensure lead of India cyber security team, product, project, and initiatives to support India roof security

- Security product execution in time, quality and budget, - Ensure risk reduction approach,

- Security team activity lead and management

- Synchronisation with Airbus IM security and Corporate security

- Ensure lead of India cyber security team with close collaboration and alignment iwht the Cyber Security Service and Product Line (PSL’s) teams

- Manage “Extended team” and delivery for several security products, ensure close connection is maintained between the PSL’s and local teams (e.g. Splunk, Security operations centre, Security by design,Cyber security digital workplace & cloud, Weakness management, Foundation EE and Roof security etc. )

- Ensure delivery on time, quality and budget in alignment with the overall Cyber Security PSL Roadmap - Security team activity lead and management, recruitment, development and retention in line with the needs of the IM Cyber Sec PSL’s - Synchronisation with Airbus IM security product - Ensure lead of India cyber security team,to support corporate security activities. The success of the position also lies in leveraging the local talent and bringing global product accountabilities and potential product & service lines ( PSLs ) to India

TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES

The successful candidate main tasks & accountabilities are:

● Act as a the focal point and establish and maintain regular contact with the cybersecurity teams;

● Proactively coordinate local activities to ensure the priorities are followed, the projects are delivered on time, and be accountable for cybersecurity topics;

● Identify synergies between the teams and propose improvement to the organisation;

● Maintains quality service by following organisation standards;

● Implement security improvements by assessing current situations; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements;

● Determine security violations and inefficiencies by conducting periodic audits; ● Conduct regular risk assessments in order to minimise disruption to planned schedule;

● Keep employees informed about the standards and prepare performance reports; communicate system status;

● Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications;

● Ensure Airbus Roofs are integrated in the cybersecurity deployment projects and initiatives;

● Follow up, with identified Cybersecurity Solutions, implementation status;

● He will report to the Head of IM India, supporting him in preparing reports, budgets and presentations;

● Contribute to cyber risk avoidance. REQUIRED SKILLS We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

● Master’s Degree specialised in Information Technology or Business Administration;

● 12+ years experience in leading Information management and cybersecurity teams.

● Experience in designing and delivering digital solutions in global frameworks. ● Organised with a proven ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and utilise time effectively in a challenging environment to drumbeat the activity;

● Good interpersonal and communication skills, works effectively as a team player for stakeholder management and customer relationships;

● Previous work in a multicultural environment

French would be a plus.

Scope of IM Cybersecurity India Team Security Defence Centre SOC team enables continuous security monitoring and detection capabilities across Airbus global locations and business units to identify the cyber threats and vulnerabilities.

Designing response procedures to efficiently investigate and respond to the security detections. ICSAC (IM Cyber Security Architecture and consulting) / SbD + SEA Providing Cyber Security consultancy and cyber support to the business projects and to IM domains Contribute to the roll-out of the Security-by-Design framework on Airbus perimeter Industrial Cybersecurity Building a new paradigm and new framework to address the industrial domain cyber needs Reducing the risk on production means and fostering resilience by implementing adapted cyber solutions, processes and procedures.

Weakness Management Scan Airbus assets (network, business applications, endpoints) to identify & analyse vulnerabilities, propose recommendations and follow up remediation plans to mitigate risks. Security For identity Compliance is to help you to identify who can access what in your application scope, and to give visibility of non compliant High Privilege Accounts (HPA) in order to remedy and recertify them.

The Compliance Project is sponsored by the head of Cyber Security who is currently monitoring the PAM reviews on a weekly basis. Security for Roof Ensure the Cyber security projects that are either pushed by Airbus Central or individual ROOF is deployed.
