Team Summary

We are looking for an exceptionally talented Trade and Regulatory Compliance Senior Product Specialist/Product Lead to join the Product Management Group in our Hyderabad/BLR/Delhi office. This group is responsible for working with technology teams throughout the process lifecycle to specify, develop, and implement the firms’ infrastructure and new middle-and-back-office applications. This position offers exciting opportunities to bridge product management and client relationship management; and to collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry.

What You'll Do

• Contribute in crafting the product vision for one or more compliance modules
• Distill the vision into product roadmap and feature specifications by requirement gathering and business analysis
• Contribute in creating the product roadmap and manage product backlog
• Collaborate closely with developers/architects to translate the Product Specification to design and eventual product
• Articulate business case, estimate budgets & timelines; communicate with all stakeholders
• Prepare project plans, release plans & notes and conduct timely business-technology governance meetings
• Work with peers on projects cutting across multiple business areas to provide comprehensive business solutions

What You'll Need

• 6+ years of overall experience working and minimum 2+ year experience in products management
• Good understanding of post trade life cycle in asset management space and understanding of various types of reconciliations such as Trade, Position, Cash , Swaps etc. will be an added advantage
• Familiarity with various regulatory reporting requirements applicable to hedge funds: MiFID, AIFMD, Position Limits, Investment Managers Mandate, Trade Surveillance, Short Position Reporting, etc.
• An outstanding academic background and the passion to work in a high-tech software development environment
• Critical thinking and the ability to articulate standpoints/ideas and influence stakeholders
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple deliverables concurrently
• A healthy combination of resourcefulness, domain expertise, creativity and execution process
