Administration team at Arcesium is a diverse group of individuals spread across India locations supporting business units with varied essential facility services. The team focusses on working collaboratively with stakeholders and execute tasks with precision driven by set processes and procedures.
What you’ll do
- Managing F&B services like cafeteria management, kitchen handling, food tasting, F&B budget preparation and management, menu preparation etc.
- Guiding the support F&B staff for hygiene, food safety standards, upkeep of the cafeteria, checking of the food quantity, sampling, menu matrix creation, special meal menu preparation, food layout in cafeteria, kitchen stewards grooming standards, pest control management etc.
- Identify improvement areas for site upkeep (soft services), prepare snag list & end user feedback. Meet service partners regularly & provide inputs.
- Monitor and guide all support staff in terms of work allocation, grooming, deployment, training, R&R, operational quality control, task planning/completion including PM/5S, workplace behavior etc.
- Handle front office operations & visitor assistance.
- Handle firm wide events independently like identifying event venue, menu planning, event management, vendor coordination etc.
- Handle all printing, stationery, and courier requirements.
- Handle all travel/accommodation requirements i.e., international, domestic and employee transportation.
- Propose changes to deployment/count based on needs.
- Operational reporting/feedback as laid down.
- Inventory management across ordering, stock control, shelf-life control, placement & distribution, billing, and invoices.
- Compliance/informational tasks such as FSSAI mandated food/water audits within the premises/at kitchen locations, dissemination of related information like putting up reports/menu etc.
- Onboarding, audits, and relationship management with vendors.
- Track/validate/verify budgetary expenditure for the area on laid down parameters as per allotted budget. Maintain the needed documentation and execute the checks required for cost leakage/pilferage
What you’ll need
- Should have worked in any 5 star or equivalent Hotel as F&B supervisor.
- Awareness about service partners for soft services & industry feedback
- Awareness about Events planning and prior experience in handling firm wide events.
- Certification course in FSSAI
- Essential: Graduation in hotel management or equivalent.
- Desirable: Certifications in support of academic training in IT skills or admin related areas.
- 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in the area for which being hired.
