  • 8 Years of relevant techno-functional experience in Oracle CRM and Cloud CX modules
  • Techno-functional experience required in CRM/CX modules (CPQ Cloud, Sales Force Automation, Partner Relationship Management, Incentive compensation management and Territory Management)
  • Drive the requirements workshops
  • Drive effort estimates with the help of offshore PM of enhancements and projects
  • Solution Design and Configure the Oracle Application Modules where they have direct ownership, for each test cycle Perform fit/gap analysis
  • Partner with Customer business system analyst(s), business users and Project Manager to complete the design, configuration and functional test of the Oracle modules in scope
  • Perform functionality testing before the deliverable is submitted to the Customer
  • Contribute to the project plan, risk plan, test plan and cutover plan
