  • Techno-functional experience required in CRM/CX modules (Sales Performance Management (Incentive Compensation), Territory Management, Quota Management and Analytics Cloud, BIP Reports).
  • Experience in project implementation of Sales Performance Management / Incentive Compensation Management
  • Should own development responsibility from definition through delivery.
  • Exhibit strong design and development skills.
  • Orientation to contribute both as a mentor as well as an individual contributor.
  • Ability to research, follow up and resolve complex problems.
  • Ability to understand, analyse and solve both explicit and implicit requirements.
  • Contribute to the project plan, risk plan, test plan and cutover plan.
  • Good communication and client handling skill required.
