Job Responsibility:

• Utilize  Excel functions and formulas for preparing data.
• Supervise and provide guidance to a team of associates.
• Collaborate with clients, financial advisors, and portfolio managers to address their inquiries and provide insights on investment opportunities. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and reporting with AMC, RTAs, Exchanges & other third parties.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, to streamline operations, resolve issues, and implement process improvements.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and compliance requirements governing mutual funds. Ensure all activities and processes adhere to regulatory guidelines, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies.

Job Requirement

• Proven experience of 3-5 years in the mutual fund industry, with a strong understanding of different fund types, investment strategies, and risk management practices.
• Hold on to Operational tools for day-to-day activities - Database knowledge will be an add-on.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory frameworks governing the mutual fund industry.
• Strong understanding of NRI Mutual Fund regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• High ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Qualification: Any graduate
