Looking for a Program Coordinator on the Early Careers team to own the pre-hire communication and program engagement, organize and facilitate activities, increase job satisfaction, and act as the face of the early careers program. The candidate must have outstanding interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • looking for a Program coordinator, on the Early Careers team to:
  • Own the pre-hire communication and the program engagement, ensuring a positive experience in the run up to, and throughout the duration of the development program
  • Organize and facilitate program activities for designated region
  • Increase job satisfaction and retention of our full-time graduate program hires
  • Act as the face of early careers program team in designated region, build relationships with associates to provide necessary support, and help build a culture within the associate cohort
  • Develop initiatives and methods to drive, enhance, and measure engagement within the cohort as well as with the S&P Global MI graduate program
  • Promote Manager engagement and build strong partnerships with manager population
  • Manage feedback survey creation and distribution, data analysis and creation/delivery of action plans for required adaptations

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • A self-starter that is motivated to achieve results
  • 3-5 years of prior experience in Human Resources – advantageous to have experience in one or more of; learning & development, talent management, talent development
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to communicate and resonate with colleagues.
  • Meticulous attention to detail; robust organizational skills including strong scheduling and coordination competencies.
  • Solid reporting and analytical skills with the ability to articulate and analyze feedback. Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint experience is a must
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment calmly and courteously; willing to adapt to changing situations.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, self-motivation, and the ability to work on a global dynamic team.
