We will count on you to:

  • Manage a portfolio of predominantly large, complex and/or multinational clients
  • Identify, and agree strategies for, clients’ risk management, risk financing and insurance needs and objectives
  • Lead and sign off insurance program design activities
  • Produce budget proposals and negotiate fees
  • Host client and insurer meetings in conjunction with specialist broker and client service teams
  • Partner with the Placement Team to design strategies to achieve growth goals and provide exceptional client service
  • Strive to deliver best practice, market-leading service and solutions for all clients

 

What you need to have:

  • Master’s degree
  • 2-4 years of experience in insurance companies or insurance brokers, preferably in a client-facing role
  • Property-Liability (Combined) insurance experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Negotiating and Influencing skills
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English;

The role   Alight Solutions are currently recruiting for a number of Workday Consultants - You will play a key role as part of an industry-leading team helping to drive results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Professional Services business group.   Location is home-based with travel to client sites (up to 40%)   The responsibilities As an EMEA Workday HCM Consultant, we expect you to be: Responsible for delivering allocated work in all stages of the Workday project lifecycle, from planning and design phases through deployment, testing, go live and post production support and/or delivering allocated AMS work Developing your area of expertise in the Workday product suite, specializing and having a deepening skill set within a particular area, i.e. either technical or within a functional area Develops working relationships with other members of project team and management as well as client. Ability to be effectively and actively engaged on multiple, parallel projects Guide other consultants within project team Share knowledge and information through regular communications and facilitation The requirements Advanced analytical, technical skills evidenced by playing a role in projects or in a Workday support environment. Exposure to the deployment of Workday HCM. Ideally, consultancy experience of HR, Payroll or financial processes. Excellent oral and written communications skills.
