1. Achieve sales target in genomics for North region
2. Experience in Genomics business mostly Next generation sequencing, Oligo and Probes, sequencing.
3. Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales
4. Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory
5. Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization
6. Analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to zonal heads
7. Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness. 80% Travel in a month.
8. Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.
9. Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
Qualification- Masters in Life science/ Bachelor in Life science with MBA
2 - 7 years experience
