Job Description: What you’ll do: Job Responsibilities: Provisioning of both fixed line and Mobility orders with 3rd party Telcom providers Liaison between supplier and internal requestors for any corrections, or issues identified with the order. Monitoring and updating of the Telecom inventory for any new orders, disconnections, changes to retain accurate records. First level invoice reconciliation and approvals, liaising with 3rd party suppliers for corrections where necessary. On-time submission of invoice files to the relevant Accounts Payable teams/Scanning hubs to ensure no payment delays Collating and transmitting remittance files between HPE and the Vendors Perform Month end closure (MEC ) and Quarter end closure (QEC) activities by creating accrual reports Provides standard-level transactional support, focusing on Telecom and financial processes and tools that require limited technical expertise via Tickets, Chats, and Emails for internal customers. Interact over email and collaborative tools with internal customers. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to resolve customer and/or supplier issues. What you need to bring: Skills: Excellent communication skills both written and oral Excellent customer service skills Judgment/Problem Solving: Ability to understand and analyze a problem and come up with an effective resolution. Excellent business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint) Strong teamwork and basic leadership skills Ability to provide a delightful customer experience Education and Experience: First level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree. Typically 1-3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain function. Global experience preferred.
