Technology Operations - Engage and collaborate with the Global Geographical teams and manage communication, escalations, provide support, drive central initiatives. Driving Incident & Situation management during any Sev1 & Sev2 incidents
Client Relationship Management - Executive level communications, ability to translate and negotiate business need into technical requirements (high level), Single point of contact between the business and technology.
Business Case Development - Quantify client value (revenue, productivity, etc.) as well as quantify total cost (materials, people, services). Ensure budgeted vs actual expenses are aligned all the time and any deviation should get flagged appropriately to stakeholders.
Cloud Architecture - General cloud concepts (AWS or Azure are preferred), knowledge of key services such as VPC's, EC2, Storage, etc.; Experience in cloud pricing (on-demand, opex, reserved instances, etc.)
Process Excellence - Knowledge and SPOC in Global Technology processes, helping client navigate and drive towards execution.
Technology & Information Security governance - Ensure compliance to Client contractual obligations on Technology, InfoSec & Regulatory Controls/Certifications. Audit & Risk management. Basic knowledge about industry Regulatory certifications (Eg: ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOC etc.)
