Job Title – Mgr I, Order Mgmt
Shift – 3 PM to 12 PM

You will have incredibly proven order processing expertise, analytical skills, be hard working, a great communicator and leader, yet humble enough to roll up their sleeves and get into the details.
Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth execution of the order-to-cash cycle in full conformity with OM standard process of the group
  • Manage and process complex orders including Purchase agreements, hardware contracts to completion
  • Ability to identify, evaluate, track, and mitigate issues and risks
  • Proactive planning and completion of task assigned within defined TAT and excellent quality
  • Monitor order management process of the team and drive improvement projects
  • Set out and follow the performance objectives through the dashboards. Set team KPIs, concur on measurement systems and help team define action plans
  • Identify, prioritize and deploy action items for competency development in the team.
  • Set clear and priority goals for team and drive them towards the achievement to engage, retain and develop a committed and cohesive workforce.
  • Guide team to find ways to automate processes and systems in order to eliminate human effort an probability of error; Finalize the non-value adding steps and get a buy-in from team to remove those

Qualification and experience -
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with an experience of at least 3 years of Order Management Managerial role.
Experience in SAP HANA4, Salesforce, MS suite is a must.
Should have team Management experience of more than 3-4 years
