JOB DESCRIPTION

Test Lead – Amdocs

Automation Test Architect with good knowledge in Automation testing.

Location: Seeking candidates local to the St.Louis area, within commutable distance to St.Louis, or open to relocation to St.Slouis.

On-site, 5 days per week.

Required experience :

  • 10+ years of experience as a solution architect in telecom industry with deeper knowledge of QA processes and tools.
  • Good knowledge on the Amdoc and Billing Testing
  • Experience in Promotion and billing invoice validations

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

 

Qualifications - External

Test Consultants are concerned with the independent verification and validation of the products produced by the development process. Testing is carried out in each phase: the requirements are tested by an acceptance test, the system design (analysis and design) by a system and integration test, and the programs by a program and module test

 

Required Skills and Experience:

· Interface with technology and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, define, and document QA architecture requirements to improve environments and testing systems in the Wireless Telecom

· Create functional, operational and interface architecture models and use human-system interfaces to develop suitable architectures supporting ease of usability using a variety of tools and technologies: OSS/BSS, Java (basics), MySQL, Jira

· Proactively strategize and drive test design, and execution and ensure the implementation process is followed.

· Proactively raise issues if specification will lead to quality, system performance or architectural issues in functionality or logic and recommend action plans and solutions to QA team, management, architects, and product managers.

· Participate in technical design reviews, functional specification reviews, and peer reviews with intent to scrutinize and identify gaps in design or requirements that may impede testing the functionality

· Coordinate closely with the engineering/ cross functional teams to ensure thorough development and testing on relevant platforms as is appropriate for the particular task/project

• Qualification: Minimum 9-13 years (3 years min relevant experience in the role) experience, Bachelor’s Degree.

• Certification: Should have SE level 2 and is seeking SE level 3.

• Must have experience in Testing Lifecycle, Testing Expertise, Testing Techniques, Testing Management, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design and Quality Management.

• Should be proficient in Business Analysis and Business Knowledge.
