Skillset:

  • 4-5+ years of experience as a Brand/Graphic Designer or Sr Art Director.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentational skills to ensure effective translation of designs and all the decisions that shaped them, with stakeholders.
  • Excellent knowledge of design principles related to colour, typography, grids and layout systems.
  • Proficient in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma is a must). Hands-on basic experience with prototyping tools like Figma for intra & inter design collaboration (Adobe Premier, Final Cut Pro, Blender 3d is a plus). Ensures upskilling on latest tech and softwares.
  • Adept in handling final delivery material for Print and Digital as well as ATL and BTL comms. 
  • Up-to-date with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging creative technologies to continuously deliver innovative solutions.
